不再是二十几岁的时候了。仪式感餐饮的进化 — 寿喜烧是仪式,清酒是标点,留白的空间里,和自己相处就是最大的奢侈。

Ritual dining evolved — sukiyaki as ceremony, sake as punctuation, intentional space where time with yourself feels like luxury.

从中国独立乐队和深夜情绪中诞生。一个陌生人在墙上贴纸条、情侣拍空间而不拍食物的地方。温暖,喧嚣,灵魂 — 因为一首歌让我们哭了,所以有了这家店。

Born from Chinese indie music and late-night emotion. Warmth, noise, soul — the restaurant we built because a song made us cry.

开餐厅,是为了能在一起生活。

Stella 在深圳做猎头。Sam 在吉隆坡当律师,一边用 YouTube 追电影梦 — 结果走不通。我们面临两个选择:各自回到原来的职业,继续异国恋;或者最后赌一把,在吉隆坡开一间小咖啡馆。

Stella was a headhunter in Shenzhen. Sam was a lawyer in KL chasing a film career. We were running out of reasons to stay in the same country — until we decided to give one last idea a shot.

Hello Summer 在 2020 年 3 月开业。一个月后,马来西亚全面封城。我们撑过了 MCO,两年内月营业额突破 10 万令吉。不是因为有什么大计划 — 是因为我们在乎每一个细节。Stella 设计出让人想留下来的空间,Sam 做出让人会回来的料理。

Hello Summer opened March 2020. One month later, Malaysia locked down. We survived MCO, hit RM100K a month within two years — because we cared about every detail.

五年过去了,三家餐厅。Sam 负责系统 — 产品、运营、让厨房在他不在的时候也能运转。Stella 负责灵魂 — 品牌、文化、让陌生人在墙上贴字条,让员工待上几年而不是几个月。

Five years and three restaurants later — Sam runs the systems, Stella runs the soul.

我们不是最大的。我们在建造能留下来的东西。
